Here are some insights to our program!

• Great coaches, who coach at all levels!

• 1-2 hour practices.

• Practices consist of skill development and team work

• Elementary school teams work on pick and roll offense and are taught how to move without the ball.

• Middle School Elite teams will be competing in the Junior Exposure (J3SSB)

• Elite High School Teams will be playing in the ZGXL Circuit. (Highly competitive/college exposure tournaments)

• RI Knights help with college placements
