Jared Carpenter Memorial

Jared Carpenter was part of the very first RI Knights basketball team. He was in a tragic dirt bike accident that left his family, friends, teammates and community in shock. He was a leader on and off the court, with a heart of gold. The passion and the hard work he put into the game; was unmatched. Jared was like the little brother I never had; he supported everything I did as a coach, friend and mentor. He taught me to trust more and let my players play their game. A true leader, a true athlete. I will never forget Jared Carpenter and neither will anyone else.
